MAGISTRATES have agreed to extend a closure notice that was served on a Wisbech home this week.
The notice - on 59 Kinderley Road - forbids anyone but the occupants from going into the Roddons' property and was placed on the front door by police on Monday.
The Chief Constable, Julie Spence, has applied for a closure order on the home, under the terms of the Anti Social Behaviour Act of 2003. That order would completely shut the property down, for up to three months.
At Wisbech courthouse on Wednesday, magistrates were told that occupant Mark Townsend and his sons were objecting to a closure order.
The hearing was adjourned for seven days; the parties are now due to put forward their case next Wednesday at 2pm.
