JAMES Norman was elected as a parish councillor in Marshland St James in a by election yesterday.
Mr Norman polled 139 votes, compared to Carol Coleman’s 103 votes.
There were 172 votes cast at Jubilee Hall, Marshland St James, and 71 postal votes were cast.
