The Isle of Ely Federation met at Wisbech St Mary’s Community Centre earlier this week.
The event welcomed a number of speakers, including Pippa Scrimshaw, who spoke about medicine management, Marie Carden, of Dogs for Disabled and Prue Leath, of Great British Menu fame. Prue also signed copies of her new book The Food of Love.
Chairman Val Ware, county vice chairmen Beryl Brooks and Margaret Sparrow, and Barbara Harpham from the British Heart Foundation were also present.
Members were also treated to tea and refreshments at lunch time.
