A Wisbech man has denied stalking a woman by using a tracking device.
Raphael De Bruyne, 41, of Grassgate Lane, Wisbech, pleaded not guilty to stalking without causing fear, alarm or distress when he appeared in Lynn magistrates’ court this morning.
It is alleged that De Bruyne used a tracking device to monitor the location of the victim and appeared at venues she was frequenting, between March 20 and March 28.
He is also accused of assault by beating which allegedly took place on March 20.
De Bruyne was bailed to return to court for trial on Thursday, July 12.
