Friends of the Wisbech motorcyclist killed by a suspected ‘drug driver’ paid tribute to his support of the Cambridge Bikers Christmas Toy Run to deliver presents to children at Addenbrooke’s Hospital each year.
“Ride and race in peace” is the message for 42-year-old Michael Alan Howard, who lived in Burrett Road, Walsoken, Wisbech.
A post on the Cambridge Bikers Christmas Toy Run Facebook page reads: “Some of you are already aware but great CBCTR supporter, Michael Howard, was killed in Peterborough.
“This page is not for recriminations and anger against those responsible, who will now face justice, but is merely to convey the message of Biker Down.
“Let’s just leave messages of support and fond memories of one of our Santas.
“Enjoy the ride friend. May your Gixxer run sweet and your fairy lights never fade.”
The post has had more than 100 ‘likes’ and over 60 comments.
Mick Hutchings said: “R.I.P MATE. Had the privilege of racing bangers against you and also seeing you about on the bikes at various meets.

Michael died when the grey Suzuki GSXR 750 K4 he was riding was involved in a collision with two cars on Bretton Way, Peterborough, on Wednesday evening (August 22).
A suspected disqualified, uninsured and unlicensed driver has since been charged with causing death by dangerous driving.
Neville Smith, 22, of no fixed address, has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving, causing death by driving whilst disqualified, causing death by driving whilst unlicensed/uninsured, failing to stop after a road accident, making off without making payment, theft from a motor vehicle, fraud by false representation and aggravated vehicle taking.
He will appear at Peterborough Magistrates Court today (August 24).
A 16-year-old girl from Peterborough who was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving and aggravated vehicle taking has been released under investigation.
A 20-year-old from man Peterborough who was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, theft of a motor vehicle and drug driving has also been released under investigation.
