FREE training sessions for first time users of the internet are now available for people living on Wisbech's Waterlees estate thanks to Cambridgeshire County Council's Library Learning Service.
Places are limited and people will need to sign up to take part by March 31.
Funded by the East of England Development Agency through its Investing in Communities Project, the free course is available only to people living on the Waterlees estate and will take place at The Oasis Community and Children's Centre. However there are other learning opportunities available to non-residents.
Starting with the basics, the course will explain how to use Microsoft Windows, the Internet and send and receive e-mails. The course takes about six hours to complete.
Maths and English courses leading to recognised qualifications are also available.
