WHAT a load of rubbish Fenland District Council talk about getting tough on green problems.
They have obviously never visited the Manor Field Sports Centre at Whittlesey.
Instead of energising the people they should energise themselves and get down to the Manor Centre. This is a disgrace and an insult to people of Whittlesey.
For the last 12 months we have had a large area of the Manor Field under six inches of water, taking adult and junior football pitches out of action.
As a result of the felling we have seen some improvement in the drainage but this is still not good enough.
