We do not require a Tesco in Whittlesey
I WENT to the Harry Smith Community College to see what is being said about the plans for a Tesco store in Cemetery Road. I and several other people think it would be terrible disgrace to the street, which already gets very busy when there are funerals on

I cannot understand why they didn't buy the other grocery shop that was empty for years, and is now Factory Shop - it was quite large.
The other alternative I understand is down Station Road which would be ideal, I was talking to two ladies who stated not everyone has a car, but when you read the Tesco pamphlet they say that they will provide a hopper bus for such a service.

We would get rubbish all down Cemetery Road and trollies left everywhere.
We do NOT require a Tesco here. Put it where it will not create bother and not disrupt the cemetery part of town.
