IT is a measure of how low the standards in public life have descended that MPs have lobbied to keep their own three post offices open at Westminster but at the same time been happy to sit by until recently and see thousands of urban and rural offices decimated!
Labour and Tory Ministers over several years have allowed this to happen aided by decisions to take away a lot of the facilities once available.
Now we have the crocodile tears a plenty, have they all got loss of memory or is it very selective?
