WE are grateful to Roddons for providing us with a flat but wonder why ourselves and many other residents have to suffer with the continuing damp.

All our rooms have damp and mould, but before we moved in November, Roddons painted over it.

They have given us the usual advice and provided us with an anti condensation machine which blows in cold air 24/7 (very helpful when you are trying to keep the flat warm).

When will Roddons rectify these problems or do they not care, as long as they get their rent?
