SINCE Middle Level at Dartford Road, March, took over from Mr Noble at Huntingdon, things at Manea and Welney District Drainage Commissioners have gone to pot.
The committee was told that I built a bridge without permission. Not so. It was stated that I have more acres than I actually have. Wrong. Not that I get an apology. Last year's rate demand, set in February, arrived early September.
Middle Level has very little paper work from Huntingdon. I have twice been to court, only once in front of the magistrates - no conclusion.
If anyone has complaints, please let me know.
