I WAS visiting my family in Scotland last weekend and we went to the People's Palace Museum in the Bridgeton area of Glasgow. Imagine my surprise when I saw a fountain very similar to the one we have in March.
As you can see it still has the centrepiece and a lady I was staying with used to live in that area and she says that she can remember when the fountain was in use and it had little cups hanging from it. (I wonder who washed them up!)
