EDITOR'S NOTE: Court reporter Elaine King offers the following explanation: The drink drive limit is indeed 35 mcgs of alcohol in 100 mls of breath; but the limit is 80 mgs of alcohol in 100 mls of blood. The pensioner mentioned in the story was given a blood test.
