THE latest in a hands-on campaign to promote healthy eating among patients of Wisbech's doctors surgeries starts next month and people can now sign up.
The Taste Buddies sessions start on September 8 and groups will meet at the Oasis Centre in St Michael's Avenue.
The seven workshops run over 14 weeks and will see a cook demonstrate cheap and quick alternatives to takeaway food. Group members can then make the meal and take it home.
People can choose to attend either a Tuesday morning session or a Thursday afternoon session. However, spaces are limited to 12 people.
