WHY do some people get all "Revved up" about the car industry, which has reportedly produced more cars than they can sell......Sounds like they have built more cars, (reported as being 100,000 last year) than was necessary?
One bright idea, which has emanated from Europe is to swap your old banger, for which the government will provide a sum of money, which can be used to buy one of these "second hand" vehicles.
But you know what they say "if it's too good to be true, it probably is?"
Personally I would prefer to retain my ten year old Nissan, and save the thousands of pounds it would probably cost to get a newer model.
