All this says to the younger generation is that such language is perfectly acceptable so long as it is in a 'good' cause.
The fact that this was agreed with Cllr Harper does him no credit either.
I would have thought that your grasp of language should have been able to produce a much more effective word; you do so often manage to make us wince with some pretty appalling puns in column headers.
