FENLAND: Beware of mini-thugs during the summer holidays
EVERY day we see and hear of young people flouting rules. No authority, no guidance, where are the parents or guardians? It starts young, here we have mini thugs aged five, six and seven who on their way home from school will pull up flowers from gardens
EVERY day we see and hear of young people flouting rules. No authority, no guidance, where are the parents or guardians?
It starts young, here we have mini thugs aged five, six and seven who on their way home from school will pull up flowers from gardens they pass. My neighbour's roses have been damaged, friend's hollyhocks smashed and broken and bushes pulled up and trampled on from the council garden. I have had plants pulled up.
Six weeks holiday from school - watch out for these mini vandals.
