This is certainly the case with the new Eastrea Bus Shelter. It is not fit for the purpose for which it was designed. In fact I would love to meet the person who designed it!
Everyone who I have spoken to whilst waiting for the bus agrees with me that not only is there inadequate shelter, but that the shelter should also have been moved forward so that it can be more easily seen by bus drivers.
I have contacted my local councillor to be told that no other complaints had been received. Well I am making a public one now.
This shelter is about as much use as a chocolate tea pot!
