A SHORT note to say a big thank-you to all those that helped to make Dawn Chorus Day the success it undoubtedly was.
The idea was to raise the awareness of the charm of our park and to have an enjoyable community event.
With your help this was certainly achieved.
Many people have revisited their park often for the first time in years. Others have discovered it for the first time. All agree we can all be as proud of it now as were previous generations in their time.
The number of families with young children who took part was most pleasing.
