CALLING all Chatteris pensioners. It is once gain time to enter the Cyril Haigh Trust. This trust fund was set up by Cyril Haigh in 1973. Mr Haigh was a well known resident of Chatteris and entrusted monies to be invested and requested that the income earned be distributed each year. All applicants must be of pensionable age on December 1 and permanent residents of Chatteris on that date. All applicants will be entered in a draw for an equal share of the income. The draw will take place at the December Town Council meeting. Anyone wishing to enter the draw can obtain an application form from Chatteris Library or Trustee Mrs Ann Grainger (01354 694804) and return the completed form by December 1.
