In regards to the new landlord of the Buffs, I hope the district licensing officers are taking note. Surely it is questionable whether someone convicted of killing someone whilst unfit due to the use of illegal narcotics is a fit person to run licensed p

Surely it is questionable whether someone convicted of killing someone whilst unfit due to the use of illegal narcotics is a fit person to run licensed premises?
