The prospect of BNP leader Nick Griffin appearing on BBC's Question Time is frowned upon by some politicians and sections of the mainstream media.
Yet as he and other BNP leaders have appeared on BBC political programmes before why should his appearance on this programme, be of any concern?
I suspect that the real cause of concern is that when he has to address issues that don't involve race or nationality he'll have difficulty in distinguishing his party's policies from the others.
The problem with all this hype over what the BNP should be allowed to appear on and what they shouldn't is that it obscures the fact that the radical left on the political spectrum hardly get any air time whatsoever.
