I FIND it hard to believe that Stephen Barclay who ever he may be hopes the council will hand over £100,000 for a shelter for the homeless. When the council are always going on about not having the resources for anything else, I hope they will say no.
I can think of many things the council can spend £100,000 on and this is not one of them. So, Mr Barclay if you want that sort of money find a way of raising it your self.
