A woman was caught using a contactless bank card to buy products around March without the owner’s consent yesterday.

“The March policing team have today been investigating the use of a bank card, where products have been purchased around March using contactless payment without the owner’s consent,” said a police spokesman last night.

“An adult female was later stopped by PCSOs in the town and spoken to regarding these offences.

“She has now been dealt with by officers.”
