A community centre was able to update their fire safety equipment to include visual alarms for the deaf thanks to a club’s generous £400 donation.

Wisbech Lions’ donation has also enabled the management committee of the Robert Hall Centre, of St Augustine’s Road, Wisbech, to install repeater alarms in other areas.

The centre is used almost every night for various youth and adult activities.

Wisbech Lions meet at Mendi’s in Old Market on the first Monday of the month at 8pm.
