Driver flees crash scene in Wisbech after assaulting driver of the other vehicle

Two-cars crashed in Wisbech yesterday before one of the drivers assaulted the other and left the scene.

The incident happened on Leverington Road, Wisbech at around 4.50pm on Thursday, August 9.

Officers are on the hunt for the driver and are appealing to anyone with dashcam footage of the crash.

A spokesman for Cambridgeshire Constabulary said: “If anyone witnessed this incident or drove through the area at the time and has a dashcam, please let us know.

“Call 101 or report via the Cambs police website quoting CC-09082018-0332.”
