Two teenagers arrested and charged with assault

Two teenage boys were arrested and charged with assault and a public order offence following reports of incidents of violence in Wisbech town centre this week.

They are due to appear in court today.

Policing Wisbech posted on their Facebook page: “Patrols have been increased in the area and we would like to reassure members of the public that we take all reports of violence seriously and will not tolerate this kind of behaviour in our district.”
