A mum is appealing for a set of three family bicycles to be returned after thieves stole them from the back garden.

The three bikes were taken from the home at Fen View in Chatteris on Saturday night.

Lynne Stedman said: “It is a fairly quiet estate, they have been kept in the garden for more than a year and we have not had problems before.

“They are used a lot so I know they will be missed, I’m hoping if people see them they will become too hot an item to be able to sell on.”

One of the bikes is a men’s Giant bike in black and dark silver, another is a ladies Reebok mountain bike in white and pink, the other is a large child’s Apollo bike in black and orange.
