TWO Fenland roads - one of them the Sixteen Foot Bank - are closed following a two-vehicle collision which resulted in a van ending up on its side.
The collision took place near Boots Bridge, at the junction of the B1098 Sixteen Foot Bank and the B1093 Manea Road, Wimblington, shortly after 11.45am. A car an a van were involved - and the van ended on its side.
The drivers of the vehicles suffered minor injuries, but the roads have been closed because the collision happened on the junction.
Firefighters were also called to the scene but did not need to extricate occupants from the vehicles. They made sure the vehicles were safe to remove before returning to their station shortly after 1pm.
Recovery crews arrived at the scene at 1.35pm.

Amazing. At the junction of two of the straightest, flattest roads in the country with views stretching for miles!
