A man wanted on recall to prison led police on a hunt through a West Norfolk village yesterday.

PC Rod Morrison tweeted photos of the police operation.

“Assisting in searching for a wanted male, wanted on prison recall,” he tweeted.

“Male ran from myself and through rear of a caravan, near Outwell.”

A police dog was also called in to help track the prisoner.

It is not known if he was caught.
