Police release CCTV images after £5,000 theft of designer glasses

POLICE are keen to speak to a man pictured on CCTV images after £5,000 worth of designer spectacles were stolen in three high street thefts.
13 pairs of glasses were stolen in broad daylight from the Spectacular opticians store on Chatteris high street on September 19 with three more pairs taken from nearby Selby and Taylor the same day.
A further three pairs were pinched from the Ely branch of Spectacular the previous day. Police say all three thefts are linked.
Martin Bogunovic, PCSO investigating, said: “We are keen to speak to the man captured on CCTV as we believe he may have vital information that could assist our investigation.”
