AN urgent police appeal has been launched to trace a man who indecently exposed himself to youngsters including a boy of six and a 12 year old girl.
Three incidents reported to Norfolk Police cover two Sundays last month and all victims have given similar descriptions of the man and the silver car he was driving.
The offences happened in Kings Lynn, Tilney St Lawrence and Emneth.
The first two incidents took place on Sunday August 18. The first happened between 4.30pm and 5pm on Windsor Road, King’s Lynn.
Two teenage girls were walking along the road when a silver car drove slowly alongside them. The male driver exposed himself to the girls, and followed them a short way before driving off.
Between 5pm and 5.30pm the same day three 16 year-old girls were walking on St Johns Road in Tilney St Lawrence. A silver car pulled up alongside them and the male driver exposed himself.
The third incident took place on Sunday August 31 on Fendyke Road, Emneth between 2pm and 2.30pm. A 12 year-old girl and six year-old boy were playing on the street when a man, again in a silver car, got out of his vehicle and exposed himself to the children.
A police spokesman said: “The offender is described as white male in his 20s to 30s, skinny with short light brown hair.
“We would like to hear from anyone who believes they may have been spotted a silver car, possibly a Mazda, acting suspiciously in any of these areas during the times stated or who has any further information”.
Witnesses are asked to contact PC Richard Allan at Norfolk Constabulary on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
