One killed and two more injured in two car collision on Black Drove, Murrow

One person has died and two others have been taken to hospital with life threatening injuries after a crash in Murrow near Wisbech.

Emergency services were called to Black Drove at around 7.10am (November 9) to reports of a two vehicle collision.

One of the occupants of one of the cars died at the scene and two others were airlifted to Addenbrooke’s Hospital.

The road is closed in both directions between Hooks Drove and Cant’s Drove and is likely to remain closed for some time. Motorists are asked to avoid the area.

A police spokesman said : “Anyone with information about the collision is asked to call the Road Policing Unit on 101 quoting incident 73 of November 9, or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111.”
