A Fen shopping centre is launching a community project called the Horsefair Selfies contest to encourage people into town to shop locally.

Wisbech Horsefair Shopping Centre is asking shoppers to take a selfie” at the centre with a Horsefair logo in the photo.

They must then post it to the Horsefair Facebook page to be in with a chance of winning a smartphone.

The photo with the most Facebook likes by the end of August will win the prize.

To launch the project and get the ball rolling Wisbech Mayor Councillor Sam Hoy has taken her Horsefair selfie and posted it to the Facebook page.
