A TEENAGER has been banned from entering any licensed premises in Wisbech for two years.
Keon Blake, 17, of Trinity Road, Walsoken, had an interim anti-social behaviour order (Asbo) extended to a full order at King’s Lynn Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday
The order prohibits Blake from:
1: Having an open container of alcohol in Wisbech Town Centre in the area of the Designated Public Places Order (DPPO).
2: Entering or remaining in any public house, wine bar, club or premises licensed to sell alcohol for consumption on the premises or beer garden in Wisbech Town Centre.
3: Acting in a manner that causes or is likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Wisbech Town Centre in the area of the DPPO.
Blake, who did not attend the hearing, was made the subject of an interim ASBO on June 12.
The court had heard of nine incidents between October 28 last year and March 15 this year involving Blake being drunk and abusive in Wisbech.
Sergeant Dave Bax, who compiled the application, said: “We are pleased the court saw fit to impose a full order, which bans Blake from drinking in licensed premises and being anti-social in Wisbech. The people of Wisbech should not have to tolerate this kind of behaviour.
“We would urge anyone who sees Blake breaching the terms of the order to contact police on 101”.

What happens he he fails to adhere to the conditions of the asbo? Call me pessimistic but I bet a slap on the wrist and don't do it again. When will young people be taught the real consequences of life in society instead of having to pick up the pieces later on.
