Dog stolen from Newmarket is found in Wisbech

A black and white poodle cross puppy that was stolen from a garden near Newmarket was found near Wisbech.

Thieves targeted the home in Church Lane, Exning, between 6.40pm and 7pm on Saturday (July 26).

Two iron bars were removed from the top of a brick wall which provided a gap big enough to fit the puppy through.

The dog was found near Wisbech late on Sunday evening.

Anyone with information about the theft should call police on 101 quoting reference NE/14/1243.
