Archant

A crew battled for an hour to put out a tree fire in March yesterday.

At 12.10pm, one crew from March was called to Queen’s Street Close and arrived to find trees and a fence on fire.

They extinguished the fire, which was caused accidently, using a hose reel and returned to their station by 1.15pm.
