Arsonists blamed for car fire in Chatteris

ARSONISTS are being blamed for a car fire in the lorry park of the Green Welly Cafe at Chatteris last night.
Fire fighters from Chatteris were called to the incident at 10.25pm. Officers wearing breathing apparatus used two hose reels to extinguish the fire, which had completely burned out the vehicle.
The crew left the Doddington Road premises at 11.05pm.
The cause of the fire is believed to be deliberate. Anyone with information should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
