Appeal for information after shed arson attack in St John’s Fen End

A shed was set on fire in St John’s Fen End yesterday.

At 10.10pm, a crew from Wisbech was called to Jubilee Walk, St John’s Fen End, where a shed located at the rear of a property was on fire.

The crew extinguished the fire and returned to their station by 11.05pm.

Anyone with information should contact the police on 101 or the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111

A bid to turn a paddock at Walsoken into a travellers’ camp with 12 mobile homes and 12 caravans has been rejected after a nine month campaign – that included 47 letters of objection - to halt it.
